3 Points On Strategic Wellness

418Views

In today’s fast-paced world, strategic wellbeing is more important than ever. This article will discuss 3 points on strategic wellness that you need to know to improve your well-being and live a much healthier life.

1) Prioritize sleep.
A lack of sleep can lead to health issues, including weight gain, decreased brain function, and death. According to the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), adults should get at least seven hours of sleep per night. You may feel like you are getting enough rest if you only require six or fewer hours; however, this is not sufficient for your body to function at its best.

2) Hydrate.
Water is essential for life. Without food, our body can survive for several weeks, but it cannot go more than a few days without water. A healthy adult should drink at least two liters of water per day to properly hydrate their body and prevent any adverse effects associated with dehydration.

3) Exercise.
Regular exercise and physical activity are critical for maintaining a strategic wellness plan. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it is recommended that adults accumulate at least 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activities to remain healthy.

Strategic Wellness should be an integral part of a strategic plan to ensure maximal performance and peak wellness.
